Money Order

Personal & Business Checks
We accept Personal and Business checks. All checks must be payable in USD only.
All orders paid by Personal or Business Check will ship in approximately two-three weeks. We require 10 - 15 business days from the date on which payment is processed to clear. All returns will be credited to customer's account minus 15% restocking fee and all original shipping charges. Return/Refund Policy
All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of our invoice date. All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization number assigned. Please email customerservice@cleartearsonline.com or call us at (727)857-4865. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in original sealed bottle. All returns will be credited to customer's account minus 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the return item. Allow no more than 10 business days for a credit to your charge card upon receipt of merchandise. Shipping Information
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight of the merchandise purchased.
Orders received on regular business days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST) will be processed (pending credit card approval) within 48 hours and shipped within 2 - 5 business days.
All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays will be shipped out within 48 hours of the following business day. We ship USPS within the Continental United States.
