Refunds & Returns

Here at Clear Tears, we appreciate your business and will go the extra mile to assure our customers are happy at every opportunity that is availed to us. Please see the following information in the case that we cannot satisfactorily resolve your issue and a return is necessary.
All returns must be accompanied with a valid "RMA" or "Return Merchandise Authorization" number which will be provided when an order return notification request is provided to us. Please forward return correspondence to our customer service email address with "return" listed in the subject field of your email. Also, a return reason should be noted, any pertinent details regarding the issue with the order in question, as well as your contact information. You will receive a response within 48 business hours.
All items must be returned in the original packaging and condition with tamper-proof sealing intact, to the address listed above within 30 calendar days of order shipping date to be accepted.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original transaction method to which the purchase was initially made minus any shipping charges and restocking fees as indicated above.
